Hupe Insurance Services was founded on October 1, 1981, by Roger Hupe, CPCU. The agency was originally called Indiana Insurance Associates, a branch of a Warsaw, Indiana based agency. In 1993, we changed the name to Hupe Insurance Services to better reflect the family nature of the agency.
Matt Hupe represents the second generation to be involved with the agency, and is employed as a producer and account manager. The current staff is complimented by Marilyn Hupe, Office Manager, William Foreman, Producer, Beth Wenzel, Customer Service Agent for personal & commercial lines clients, Michelle Richey, Customer Service Agent for personal lines, and Debbie Menshy, personal lines, group medical, and life insurance Customer Service Representative.
The agency has grown from a startup operation in 1981 to a successful, multiple-line independent agency today. The agency is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Indiana and the Professional Insurance Agents. Roger Hupe was voted “Agent of the Year” by the Indiana “Big I” for 2000. The agency was also selected to be included in the Independent Insurance Agents of America Best Practices Study which compares the results of the top agencies in the country.
The agency provides outstanding property and casualty, life, health, and pension products for personal needs as well as commercial clients.
